Tester, Daines, Gianforte Congratulate Florence’s Kourtney Zeiler on Appointment to West Point

Montana Delegation Applauds Zeiler’s Academic Achievements

(U.S. Senate) – U.S. Senators Jon Tester, Steve Daines and Representative Greg Gianforte are congratulating Kourtney Zeiler on her appointment to the U.S. Military Academy in West Point, N.Y.

Zeiler serves in the Montana Air National Guard repairing radio communications security equipment. She participated in varsity basketball, softball and cheerleading at Florence-Carlton High School before graduating last year.

All three members of Montana’s delegation nominated Zeiler to the U.S. Military Academy.

“Kourtney has proven herself to be an outstanding student and accomplished athlete who will no doubt do Montana proud,” said Tester. “I look forward to seeing her future successes in service to our nation and wish her the best of luck.”

“Kourtney Zeiler’s hard work and commitment to service has earned her a spot at one of our nation’s most prestigious institutions of higher education,” said Daines. “I know she will make Montana proud.”

“I am confident that Kourtney will represent Montana and serve our country with tremendous honor and pride,” Gianforte said. “Given her character and ability, I know she will excel as a student and become an outstanding leader.”

Montana students interested in attending service academies are encouraged to find more information on Tester, Daines and Gianforte’s websites.
