Tester statement on the passing of Ruth Melcher

(U.S. Senate) – Senator Jon Tester released the following statement about the life and legacy of Ruth Melcher, wife of former U.S. Senator John Melcher:

“Sharla and I join families across Montana to celebrate the life of Ruth Melcher. Ruth dedicated her life to family, public service, and making her state and nation a better place. We are grateful to have known Ruth and offer our condolences to John and the entire Melcher family.”
