Senator marks 41st Anniversary of landmark U.S. Supreme Court case

Senator Jon Tester today released the following statement on the 41st Anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Roe v. Wade:

“Forty-one years ago today, the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed a woman’s right to make her own health care decisions and the right to privacy. Montana women continue to fight to ensure that our daughters and granddaughters have those same rights and freedoms. I’m proud to stand with them.”
