Tester congratulates Montana members of the U.S. Paralympic Team

(U.S. SENATE) – Senator Jon Tester issued the following statement congratulating Montana’s Dugie Denton, Megan Fisher, Sam Kavanagh and Amberlynn Weber for making the 2012 U.S. Paralympic Team:

“Congratulations to Dugie, Megan, Sam and Amberlynn as they compete in London. They overcame enormous challenges and now they’re representing Montana and America on the world’s biggest stage.  On behalf of all Montanans, Sharla and I wish them the best of luck.”

Denton, of Joliet, will compete in archery.  Fisher, from Missoula, and Kavanaugh, from Coram, will compete in cycling.  Weber, from Missoula, will compete in track and field.  The 2012 Paralympic Games begin August 29 in London.
