Tester: S&K Aerospace contract ‘well-earned’

(SIDNEY, Mont.) – Senator Jon Tester today released the following statement after S&K Aerospace announced that it has won a $975 million contract with the U.S. Air Force to provide supplies, maintenance, and technical services for foreign military sales:

“S&K is a true Montana success story and this contract is well-earned. Developing new business and creating jobs is good for the Flathead Indian Reservation and good for northwestern Montana. I applaud S&K for driving our economy forward and making a difference for our state.”

S&K Aerospace is a tribally-owned professional services company owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes. Based on the Flathead Reservation, it provides professional and technology services to companies across the United States.

The company will handle the logistics for work done on U.S. aircraft, aircraft components, sub-components, and support equipment.
