NBC Montana: Tester to lead Senate Veterans Affairs Committee suicide prevention, mental health hearing

MISSOULA, Mont. – Senator Jon Tester, chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs committee, will convene a hearing Wednesday on connecting veterans with mental health care and suicide prevention during the pandemic.

Members also will look at a measure to improve mental health care.

Witnesses include mental health and suicide prevention experts from the Department of Veterans Affairs and Department of Defense.
