Senator Tester secures funding for C-130 aircraft apron

GREAT FALLS – Senator Jon Tester says he secured $9 million to build a new aircraft apron for the Montana Air National Guard.
The apron is where aircraft is parked, unloaded, loaded and refueled.
The Montana Air National Guard will use the space to park their C-130 aircraft.
Senator Tester released the following statement:
“The men and women of the Montana National Guard represent the very best of Montana while deploying to war zones and battling disasters here at home. This investment will strengthen the mission at the Montana Air National Guard and make sure that our C-130’s stay in fighting shape for years to come.”
