Senator Jon Tester is leading a group of Senators urging the President to establish a task force to help Montanans and other Americans affected by this summer’s record drought.

This task force will bring together agencies from agriculture, public lands, and energy to help Americans recover from the economic impacts.  More than half of the counties in the nation are primary disaster areas and sixty two percent of America’s farms are under drought conditions.
