by Judy Slate, MTN News

BOZEMAN – U.S. Senator Jon Tester is asking the Trump Administration to work with him to help curb the growing meth problem in Montana.

According to Tester the rate of hospital admissions in Montana due to methamphetamine overdoses is above the national average and has more than doubled in recent years. He adds that a growing number of Montana babies are born addicted to the drug.

In a letter to the Office of National Drug Control Policy Tester said “We can make real progress when Congress and the White House work together on substance abuse issues.”
