Tester to Harvard Law: Wealthy few drowning out voices of average Americans

HELENA – Montana Democratic U.S. Sen. Jon Tester has taken his campaign for campaign finance reform to Harvard Law School.

He told a group of law professors and federal election officials there Friday that big money and a wealthy few are drowning out the voices of regular folks.
