Sen. Tester weighs in on military action against ISIS

MISSOULA – President Obama sent a letter to Congress on Monday, notifying lawmakers about U.S. military action in Iraq.

The President has faced criticism – even from some within his own party – that the U-S should expand operations against extremist groups in the region.

Montana Senator Jon Tester cautions that U.S. should not go it alone with military action.
