Tester addresses VFW on VA scandal

Democratic Sen. Jon Tester on Saturday spoke to the state convention of Veterans of Foreign Wars in Great Falls about the wait-times crisis in the Veterans Administration and how to rectify it.

Tester also kicked off a listening tour Saturday morning in Anaconda, in which he heard from local veterans about the health care they receive at the VA.

“The best ideas I get are from folks on the ground,” Tester said, following his VFW address Saturday afternoon at the Heritage Inn.
