A foreign trade seminar attracted dozens of Montana businesses involved in exporting goods and services. The event, hosted by U.S. Sen. Jon Tester, highlighted the fact that Montana exports more than $2 billion worth of goods and services annually. Montana’s biggest export customer is Canada, which buys nearly a third of the state’s exports. Japan is a distant second with $130 million in annual sales.
